Kimly Machinery offers a turnkey solution for our clients. We are able to handle the delivery, packing and unpacking and assembling of machineries. As we are able to design and modify our own tools to cater to the different requirement of each project, we can manage assignments of a wide ranging difficulty. It also results in cost and time savings for our clients. |

In 1983, we were contracted to deliver and assemble seven 30 ton chillers for the Marina Square shopping centre. The last chiller was installed when the building was almost completed. In order to install this chiller, a ramp had to be built so that the chiller could be pushed to 1.40m below ground level.

We were contracted to move all the machinery for Pole Technologies. The 50 ton kettle shown in the photographs was one of the many machineries we handled in this project. We shifted the kettle into the factory and lowered it into its base, assisted by our own tools. |

In 1991, we were contracted to move and position three 235 ton transformers for Public Utilities Board. The positioning of the transformers needed to be extremely precise. With the help of heavy duty rollers and hydraulic cylinders, we were able to make sure our client’s expectations were met.

The inner chamber was faulty and we were asked to move it out of the building. Instead of removing the roof to move the chamber out of the factory, with the use of our custom made tools, we were able to keep the structure of the building intact while completing the task.

In many situations, we are unable to use a crane to hoist the machinery. We were contracted to move and assemble an Aida stamping machine. The difficult part of the assignment was the assembling of the crown (29 tons) of the stamping machine. Despite the odds, we erected a steel structure and were able to assemble the machine successfully.
